John Gregg - Principal and Director

The Principal and founder of Gregg Lawyers Pty Ltd, John is a career professional with more 32 years experience in practice. 

John was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1979, and then to the High Court of Australia in 1984. He is also a member of the Queensland Law Society. 

John established Gregg Lawyers in 1984 and has since incorporated the Law Practices of Maxwell Mead & Associates and Roy Gordon & Gordon. In 2002, Gregg Lawyers established a seperate division, Conveyance Xpress, to handle Domestic and Commercial Conveyancing. In 2009 Gregg Lawyers was incorporated to Gregg Lawyers Pty Ltd.

John has extensive experience across the Legal Profession with a strong background in Debt Recovery and Insolvency, Company Windups and Personal Bankruptcy, Business Law and Franchising. 

Malcolm Jones - Solicitor

Malcolm has a broad experience across the Legal Profession, with a strong focus on Family Law, Deceased Estates, Personal Injury and all matters Commercial including Litigation and Leasing.

Malcolm was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1993 and was also admitted to the High Court of Queensland in this same year. He is also a member of the Quensland Law Society. 

Tony Stolar - Solicitor 

Tony has over 20 years experience operating his own business in Immigration.

Tony has sinced joined Gregg Lawyers Pty Ltd on a full-time basis as a Solicitor specialising in the areas of Administrative Law, International Business Law, Foreign Investors in the Australian Market and Hearing and Tribunal matters. 

Dianne Stewart - Office Manager 

Dianne joined Gregg Lawyers in 1999 and provides the firm with a wide range of services. Dianne currently handles the day-to- day running of the office as well as managing the Debt Recovery and Insolvency Department within Gregg Lawyers Pty Ltd. 

Dianne has extensive experience in the areas of Debt Recovery and Insolvency, Conveyancing and Administration. 

Jade Willmott - Paralegal 

Jade joined Gregg Lawyers in 2009 and currently manages the Conveyancing Department within the firm.

Jade has 10 years experience in the areas of Conveyancing and Banking/Finance Law.
